Residence CARMINE LODGE

Carmine Lodge consists of 26 apartments accessible via two separate staircases.  The apartments are served by two basement levels of underground private parking.  The land is located 400 metres from the ski lifts and shops, and borders “route du front de neige”.  The location is ideal, very close to amenities (a 4 minute walk from the market square), in a calm environment and with privileged views on Mont Chéry.

Outside, wood and stone dominate.  The cladding, joinery and balconies are made of wood adapted to the mountain climate.  Very high performance insulation from the outside is privileged, covered with a specific coloured facade coating.  Many basement walls are clad in stone to ensure weather resistance.  The joinery will receive efficient double glazing.  Pedestrian and vehicle access will be secured.

Inside, our choices of qualitative and sustainable materials are part of our expertise.  The partitions are acoustic, the interior doors in brushed wood and the closet doors are sliding.  The walls are painted smooth as well as the ceilings of all the rooms, with carefully positioned old wood cladding, marking the mountain spirit of our programs.  The floor coverings will be offered in large-sized porcelain stoneware in all the rooms and oak laminate flooring in the bedrooms.  The sanitary facilities will be equipped with a suspended toilet and the bathrooms consist of a bathroom cabinet with backlit anti-fog mirror, shower screen and heated towel rail.  Underfloor heating in all rooms with the production of heating and hot water by individual gas boiler.

Each apartment will have an individual garage with automatic door and a private cellar.
