L’OXALIS
Praz de Lys Sommand
Completed in July 2024, the OXALIS residence enjoys an exceptional location in the heart of the Praz de Lys resort in Haute-Savoie, just steps away from shops and ski lifts.
Comprising 13 new apartments, ranging from 1-bedroom units to 4-bedroom duplexes with cabins, along with 3 ground-floor retail spaces, this project by BIOTOPE IMMOBILIER blends traditional alpine architecture—featuring reclaimed wood and natural stone—with high-end finishes and magnificent views of the surrounding peaks.
